e-START is an EU-funded project (e-START Digital Literacy Network, Contract No.: 2006-4530/001-001 ELE ELEB11) concerned with the establishment of a European wide network of “experts” and key-stakeholders that will provide a communication base for understanding, supporting and promoting “Digital Literacy” in Primary and Lower Secondary Education (K-9) across Europe.
